I don’t know WHAT is going in with her here but what I do know is that she’s the only person I’ve seen who has an extreme excess of neck fat and yet extremely sunken in skeletal eyes. As horrifying as it is talking about cobes dick… sounds like one of two things. Urethral Duplication in which he has two incomplete or fully functioning urethras (which is pretty rare) or he has Congenital Double Meatus which is much more common. Congenital Double Meatus is just a single urethra but there is a piece of skin that is in the urethra at the tip of the penis. It’s a simple surgical procedure to fix this. I don’t remember cobes talking about this double hole thing before nor do I remember Stephanie talking about after it the breakup when they were feuding online. Maybe this is a tactic so that when women see his weird looking dick they’re just thankful it doesn’t have two holes? Either way it’s TMI. Always something new to learn about the Cobester and sometimes it’s disgusting. Additionally Congenital Double Meatus is funny to say, type, spray in graffiti on a wall. And that is most definitely what’s up.

It's impressive to see that he not only isn't going to take care of his already broken and probably pain-filled gangrenous gums and teeth, but is doubling down, and eating chocolate and caramel on top of fast food.

He is retarded, but I assumed some level of pain would at least kill (or wound) the oppositional side of his duster-filled mind and force him to pick up some fluoride - or does he already have a dentist appointment and is just going full-speed into as damaged his teeth can get? I assume he's already going to need dentures, and hope, it'll be very funny seeing him doll them up with makeshift goth fangs.

And let's not even bring the betus into conversation, as I assume he already has it.
