I have a feeling that the sub shutting down is going to lead to a butterfly effect of various wingsofredemption style alog discords popping up. Wouldn’t be surprised if you started to see some even more unhinged communities pop up.

Turns out even when a subreddit is deleted by the admins, the links still work, and I have a couple thousand submissions' links saved. I'm archiving everything now. I'm thinking about uploading everything to archive.org, unless someone has a better suggestion for where to put it.
Unfortunately the video files are a pain, because reddit serves the audio and video separately. I don't know why they do that, I guess to make scraping more of a pain? Seems dumb to me. Anyway, to save on disk space and also on time, since I don't know how long these URLs will last, I'm defaulting to low quality videos. I've uploaded a sample; they're all about this quality.

React with the Lunacy moon to watermark everything in the archive with a "KF" at the bottom, to make redditors seethe

They are all so amazing, already so clever as parodies of famous comic covers and relating them to josh and then all the extra details just elevate it to the next level. So sad we won't get any more. If you're out there and reading this whoever you are that made it you are most definitely what's up and easily my favorite fan-made cobra content as a huge comic nerd.

God am I ever glad I had the thought to save all those comics and post them here. Originally I just wanted to save them cause the dude who made them deleted his account now the sub they were hosted on (and only place they were posted) is gone. Signal boosting that post for anybody who’d like to further archive this work. I only found 16 and attached to that post but I think there was more unfortunately. Still, I’m glad I saved some but I’m sad. How much stuff of this quality was lost because a-logs couldn’t help but ruin everything for everyone?

From what I remember:

Jason has an uncle (Or had an uncle. I think he died recently?) that made cooking videos on YouTube and was a "chef". I forgot why or how but trolls iniaited an order sissysix. Uncle got mad and told Mama Jane. They finally lock Jason down due to this and a combination of all the wacky shit he had been up to for the last decade. All social media is rip (except his Instagram until pretty recently). Rest of the misfits get bored and moved on except for big leenny who's a shell of his former self.

That's pretty much the gist of it. Probably a lot I'm not remembering or got incorrectly. But the pisslord and big lenny have threads on the farms you can check out. They're mostly dead like everything else tho.

I'm guessing redditors will try to migrate to this sub since NAL focused and already had a few thousands subscribed.
