WY has a few different laws compared to where I am but it would depend upon the park, the neighbors, and if he's renting or buying the trailer. Lot rent is a thing, even when you own it, but it's harder to evict an owner.

Any landlord worth their salt runs full background and credit checks. They know about Josh and his antics.

Clint is obviously part of this move and it is extremely unlikely that the park-manager hasn't met and interviewed them.
In my opinion, Clint-charisma getting Cobes to be considered as a potential tenant and a rentable trailer with lot rent as a part of the price are the most likely option. He's probably somewhere around $1,200-$1,400 a month renting.
