He mentioned in the last month or so, can't exactly remember which stream it was, that he stopped because he wasn't getting high from it anymore and that he knew it wasn't healthy for him. Finally admitting it was bad for him was surprising considering earlier this year he was defending his duster use by claiming he did 5 bottles of it in a day and was perfectly fine.

In regards to his therapy I believe he is now on his third therapist, unless he went back to the second one he had for this go around. The first time he had a female therapist and then randomly stopped going to her, the second time switching to a man. Just based on Josh's history I'm gonna assume he was either being inappropriate towards her and either she requested to no longer see him or Clint saw him becoming obsessive and pulled him out of it before he got too deep into it. I do believe you're right though and I think I remember either him or NAL mentioning that going back to therapy was a condition of Clint buying him the trailer. I'm not sure how often he is going though, you can normally guess when he had a therapy session based off if his hair looks greasy or not as I'm pretty sure Clint makes him shower before his sessions and it would seem like the boy hasn't been showering all that often lately. Could be a once every other week or once a month kind of deal.

Here's a floorplan from the Pronghorn website. Just cross reference it with video screenshots from the Conquistador era and you'll figure out the layout of his old lair.

There was also a trole on the old subreddit that made a really high quality model of it and video tour of the second cobra lair in Blender. I don't have immediate access to the images and video he posted but I may have copied and shared it elsewhere so I can go digging for it.
