And why would they say nobody is home? Is it possible he’s not home and this is a troll hoax that called 911 with a lie? Because other than that call which cuts off there is no definitive proof and when the cop gets there and says nobody is home that makes me wonder.
I am rereading the transcript of the call that has been posted on reddit.

Engine 5 apparently stated that no one was home because they stopped at the wrong place.
Later they are correcting themselves that they found the right place.

Damn, dude doesn't deserve to die. I only knew him in passing 'round here, but I still get a kick out of sharing that horrific butter steak with monster he made a few years back. Hope he's still kicking, always seemed like a harmless cow on the sidelines.

So in the 911 call above it says there is a male beyond cpr, stiff, blue lips, then at the very end the police man says we are at lot 27 and nobody is home who called the coroner and the dispatch said 377 called but why wouldn’t they still be on the scene? And why would they say nobody is home? Is it possible he’s not home and this is a troll hoax that called 911 with a lie? The call is not a 911 call, it is EMS (fire/ambulance) radio. An officer (377) is requesting EMS to be dispatched to Cobe's address. The officer reported a 1079 (coroner request). "Engine 5" was dispatched to Cobe's address, but either arrived at the wrong location, or the police on site had already dealt with the situation. "Engine 5" then replies to clear them from the call. Either they dealt with the coroner request (picked up the body) or they were finally found the location and the officer on site.

The only way it could have been "faked" is if someone had called into EMS impersonating an officer.

Clint’s confirmation posted to Josh’s Facebook page.

It's over. Rest in peace, Josh.

Edit: L&G, so I'll just sperg a little here:

This was bound to happen - anyone looking at Cobes' situation could tell you this much - but still, never tomorrow, nor this week, nor so soon, always at some indeterminate time in the future. This felt like reading a book and assuming it will end on the last page, only to get about halfway through to find the remaining pages blank.

He was the last of the online weirdo old school, and there will never be a cow like Josh again. The Internet in its current state is no home for people like him.

Alcohol delivery really is an insidious thing, even the most hardcore alcoholics used to have to interact with another human to get a bottle but now you can just wither and die behind the comfort of your front door. A checkout clerk at a liquor store might have (and I know this is mostly cope but let me have this) called an ambulance for our boy or at least told him he needed to see a doctor.

I'd love to see laws around it change but there's a massive profit motive that will lobby to the ends of the earth to prevent that. The people that enabled this, from every angle, should really be put into a blender and used for a bogritto.

Cobes wouldn't be able to do this without Redditors actively killing him. He would have had to peddle down to the liquor store and wait for it to open while counting his couch change for a fifth of the bottom shelf vodka like the regular alcoholics.

Pour one out for the Gothic Badboy of Casper, Wyoming toobz. He'll be missed. Will be making a drink combo in his honor. Untimely death is most definitely not what's up.
