Users of this site have a weird obsession with being anti-sex or appearing completely vanilla and having no strange tastes.
Obviously I understand not wanting to powerlevel about your kinks, but losing your mind at the mention of them is weird.

Maybe its because cows are often mocked for their strange fetishes. Though imo strange fetishes aren't enough to make someone a cow and cows that have them are always cows because of their behavior and not specifically their kinks.

Because this isn't a site for sexuality, this is a site for documenting strange and off-putting individuals, often people with these kinds of sexuality. Pornographic content tends to attract the worst types of people to sites that are otherwise constructive (see 4cuck's /b/ board in the big '26 as an example). Even if you think that there are times and places for pornography, that's not here nor should it ever be here as places that cater to coomers genuinely fucking suck.

The fact that it takes an encyclopedia entry worth of explanation to explain why various fucked up fetishes are "heggin innocent and normal" in itself proves that its not. I personally feel a lot of pity for people who end up with these kinds of fetishes, in most of my experience they're nigh universally from some kind of adverse childhood experience or some other form of neurodivergence, but that doesn't mean that these things need to be normalized, paraded about, and talked about in places they don't need to be.

Want to actually discuss sexual psychology in a constructive way? Bring up a study or two and make a couple topics about it so that people can more constructively do it, not write a page long wordswordswords on how actually @everyone should just turn off their normal disgust receptors just because some fetishes can be categorized similarly to others.

Or you know the better reason which is when ever a community starts freely talking about sex when it wasn't a community built around sex it's a sign that it's all going to shit.

I don't think its always so bad, some of the lighter stuff within commited, married relationships I think are so benign focusing on them is kinda pointless..

Plus the underlying mechanism behind all this is exactly what is SUPPOSED to make monogamous relationships function well (ie you develop a taste based on past experience (your spouse) and fall harder for them. Just the wires can get crossed)
