The thought did occur to me that these twisted fucks may be trying to bait her into doing just that to get her to selfdox via court documents, or hiding behind her wanting to avoid that. It's pretty much either that or just sheer ass blasted retardation, because they've made such an easy case of it. If she wanted she could probably get Phil on defamation and tortious interference at this point, but doing so would become a public lol suit. It's why that faggot bint deleted tweets so quickly after razorfist called him out because razor is already a public entity and wouldn't care to take him to court.

Mythic Talent does offer "legal support" according to their website, so there's a tiny bit of hope there.

She should. Lolcow LLP needs more content. The Acerthorne suit is dead in the water, the Rekieta stuff is over (for now) and the Mister Beast lawsuit became a very boring contract slapfight in state court. All we have is Russel Greer to keep us entertained.

I mean Valens could get sued into oblivion, but Bint is a SEAmonkey. I don' think you can get a libel case out if it's international.

She should ask the Mythic legal team to send Cease&Desist to Vice first for tortious interference/harassment.
If that doesn't work, tell the legal team to file for an HRO against Phil "the YWNBAW".
Asmonbaldie would probably cover the filing fees etc. since he seems to be supporting Kirsche 100% currently.
