JoCat isn't mentioned in that article though, and because he listed the source as Kirsche, I think the Jeet's AI somehow confused JoCat and Kirsche.

That's probably the biggest insult in the article.

And then half of the Windows troubleshooting articles are like "run sfc /scannow" slop and other snakeoil bullshit that doesn't work and is purely there for SEO reasons.

I have a feeling you're onto something. His twitter is currently nonexistent, which matches Phil's.
Until evidence to the contrary surfaces, I'm going to say he's a sock. Phil asked bing to generate a photorealistic low res image of an Indian who might work in tech and like nature, then he asked chatgpt to generate a bio for an Indian journalist who works in tech. The AI had a meme tier backlog of windows troubleshooting videos to reference and that's why it came up with troubleshooting as his specialty.
