There are like 3 different alleged images of her, and, as far as I've seen, none have been confirmed (and they're all different).

Kirsche's first name comes from Xenosaga which she's a huge fan of and her last name was just made up according to Kirsche herself.
Given that the character's story is trying to be good while surrounded by evil that want to influence you, feels very apropos.
It's joked about that she is the cherry hunter, but saying "verstahl" comes from "stehlen" (stealing) is a stretch. In reality, like someone else said, it is just a made up word for her. "Stahl" means steel first and foremost, so trying to connect it to stealing is nonsense.
