You need to apply occams razor to this. Shitlibs are retarded like 70% of the time so when it comes to sourcing information they will not use secret back alley chats to gather info but rather just get it from the most obivous clearnet sources possible (e.g. doxbin, here, snark subr*ddits, pastebin.ga search engines). Nevertheless personally I believe even if kir's dox was fully confirmed she would still have no problem bringing in viewership. Maybe some people are there for the boobah (thats one of my pet peeves with her avatar), but I think her willingness to not bend the knee with her ideology besides holding back a couple slurs on platforms is a core draw. Hell I even believe she would make it with a face cam.
