Its not even that she doesn't have a case. It's that these type of cases are fucking messy and expensive. Settling out of court would be the best option. It depends on how intimated the tranny and Vice are though. If they aren't, they'll fight this. That's when the cash becomes an issue. She will need a fuck ton to get the most Semetic of lawyers and just to start the case.

Either way i hope Kirsche knows what she is doing and its not just a woman moment, i have a feeling it is, i respect her balls to go through with it and how literally everyone else who attacks her has skeletons in their closet, but god knows if litigation would be viable at all for her

It should be noted: Valens has yet to make a comment on Kirsche since last night, though he has been active within the last few hours. It may very well be the case that some Vice lawyer is telling Bint and Vallens to keep quiet while they consider what to do next. I would be hesitant to consider this a victory yet, but Bint's been retweeting nothing but fanart and memes since his tweets. Tweet counting autists should probably keep a eye on his number of tweets, if they start dropping then we know it's actually over for him.

I don't think it's a bluff. She has thrown her hat into the ring. If she isn't ready to go, that would be beyond foolish. She can't take back what she has now said. She taped that letter to their door on camera. She has no off ramp. That was public.
