Kiwi Dominions 6 Community - TW:WH3 but for actual autists

Well that was fun sorry for feeding Yomi so early.

Next time though I'm going to fuck you up ZOG boy!

I dunno what Agartha had as a bless, but the Pale Ones are fat af and have a shit attack skill. You pretty much want to go into the "fat fuck" style through like fire shield/auras/fateweaver
Checked back on the local save, He had Withering Weapons, blood surge, larger and Heroism (explains being on the scoreboard) which actually helped slow down the Oni Regen and even killed a Dai Oni in the post battle resolution of the last big fight while another one reached demon old age (>1000 years). As an alternate anti SC strategy he could have tried Olming harder.

Had to repeat what happened in the first CWC Dom6 game where Yomi overran the (then dominant) Tir na Nog, though that Yomi was doing a demon spam strate instead of focusing on SC's.

We'll see if my randomly chosen nation counterpicks yours again. The Spirit Sight doesn't actually do anything vs Glamoured units in combat, but being a big guy with good armor to resist spears and fireshield access for the Illusions does. Also in a game where you have time to taxi your demons you have 5 chibi onis with attack 15~ per square as CWC 1 'Nog found out.

It's gotta be in another blitz since I'm skipping the next normal game.

I just think you're try harding a bit much; but that is okay normally whenever I get into a competitive game like this (including past iterations of Dominions) I always sniff out the people that do that.

I prefer to play more underdog nations, I wanted to learn more about TNN since they got all of their air replaced by glamour, having not played much Dom6 yet. Well I've learned more to say the least

Should I use my blood slaves and death gems to summon something big?
No I should summon imp scouts and ex-black servants to peek at nearby fights.

Kind of late, but the Dai Oni Bless wasn't that good. Regen was probably the only good, reinvig is at worst mid. False damage negates regen. Maybe thaum for Tira niggers would have been the way to go, with "Geas" and "Visions of Death" but you also have Elf Shot under evo to help out (100% fatigue on a failed save).
I dont know what kind of bless you had as tira niggers, but personally, I would have made a bless for my mages, like arcane finesse (automatic since nature/glamor have a bunch MR negates) and reinvig.

possible strategies ordered form best to worst...
Yomi Gold Cost = 685 vs...
  1. x3 Sidhe Champions (675 gold) [advance and cast spells] + bodyguards [attack closest] (for wolves)
    1. Bless
    2. Eagle Eyes (Alt1)
    3. Elf Shot (Evo 3)
    4. Elf Shot (Evo 3)
    5. Elf Shot (Evo 3)
  2. x2 Sidhe Lord (750 gold) [cast spells] + bodyguards [attack closest]
    1. Bless
    2. Geas (Thaum 3) [hoping for curse]
    3. attack with a pixie spear

I think both of you are right, I had played a bit more with it after word; my friend convinced me to do a luck/blood vengeance since I didn't really know what to expect with TNN in Dom6, I was aware of false damage stopping the regen but I just didn't have enough of Ephermal bolts and I had a surprisingly bad expansion.

After I had reviewed it I found that going for a mage bless and arcane finesse along with precision helped out a great deal more. Also I didn't even look at Geas.

Also I didn't even look at Geas.
You are pretty much aiming to curse Dai Oni's so you can knock the Onis out of commision through afflictions, other than that, fatigue plays against the Onis would be your best bet since 18 MR is chunky (15 in Magic three)

There is a lot I need to relearn, and just new stuff in general. In one hand I'm not really that happy that the default for the game became more like Dominions Enhanced but I do like a lot of the new spells.

In another game as EA Xibalba I didn't realize that there spells that can give mass dark vision now in nature, and it cost me a lot of troops. These are the types of things you need to be aware of and build for, while I like that there is that option for mass weak dark vision (50) I'm not sure what else to do to get around it at this time.

Your troops in EA Xibala are flying barely clothed let alone armored goblins. You either need to buff your troops, summon better ones, or rely on mages to skele spam. You do have a series of nasty holy summons though. I'm not sure weather it's better to bless around mages or summons though I guess like everything in this game it depends on the situation. Personally I fell like the holy warriors and scorpions you can make are not great and not worth building a bless around. They seem like something to help you expand, less something to tech around. Ozelotls and Beast bats seem like they might be worth it though. Conj can eventually net you nasty sub-titan tier casters but they are pretty late to the party.

I have very little experience with them though so take that with a grain of salt.

I'll sit this one out but if you do one around early December or so I should have time for a blitz.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was added so that nations without innate darkvision could have an option to explore the cave layer without getting horribly murdered.

EA Xib is still basically the same as before where you need to build a bless for your ozelotls and hope you survive long enough to be able to summon them en masse.

You fucking fish-niGGER BARBARIAN!
FINE!
TIRA'NIGGERS BA-BY, unless @Ah ha' wants to play them again. I haven't played a glamor nation, so I am probably going to play some sort of E*F Nation
You made me fear the yavanna archer again. Its a retarded bless but holy shit the potential.

if you are going to go yavanna archers, do precision + vitriol weapons. 7ap and armor strip will put ALOT of things down and make your archers super killy. I, for whatever reason, decided at the last minute to do slowing weapons instead. Also rush Conjuration 6 because Garuda's and Mahuts? are your bread and butter

I'll probably sit out the next blitz. Way too much on my plate atm plus just a bit of burnout from just two games of dom 6 lol.

The nogs have earth and air (randoms) so they can stick with the classic counters of Greatsword of Shapness (does something to high prot targets unlike the "on damage" effect of the pixie spear) and Air Elementals which at least force one to use stoneskin instead of ironskin.
