Considering how people have reacted to this thread, do you really think any of them would want to be featured as the protagonists? I can avoid that by creating fictional characters, autistic as that may be.

This could very well end poorly. I've considered many possibilities, most of them ending in failure. Even so, I'd like to keep trying and see how it goes. Though a lot of kiwis have mocked me, some of them have given me the reins to keep making this series.

I have a lot of faith in myself- maybe more than people realize. A few insults cannot bring me down. This is something I'm passionate about.

Ceph, I think the best case scenario here is to follow Fagnasty’s advice. He is being honest with you and uncensored honesty is really genuine kindness. I know this isn’t what you want to hear and I know you have probably put in serious thought, time, and effort into this project. You are a talented artist. I think your sketches are wonderful. I hope you are pursuing a career in the arts, because I believe you can make that happen. You are a creative person and obviously very, very passionate. I think you had some fun times, in the past here, at KF and that led you to want to give back. That is understandable. However, KF can be a harsh place for sensitive souls. It will take what you offer and exploit it. I don’t want to see your dreams crushed. I don’t want to demoralize you. I think you could create something wonderful out there in the real world. Follow your dream. Your heart is in the right place. You are just offering a piece of your heart to the wrong people. Find likeminded individuals with fun ideas, collaborate, brainstorm, fine tune, and create with them. I really think you are capable of wonderful things. You are just trying to make it in the wrong place.

Again, I want to see how things turn out. I am well aware of the repercussions that will occur if I continue making this show. Noone else who has the same idea would make it like this. To the community it may be silly and not worth watching, but I'm proud of it.

Nasty comments are not enough to crush my spirit. I will keep trying, and pushing no matter what. I appreciate that both you and Fagnasty have given me advice, but I'd honestly like to go down the route where I keep working on the series.

Us internet weirdos. Though I will admit, I have made a great deal of it about things I like. I never intended to make it for myself, though, because it's for everyone on the farms.

You all are right. The advice people have given me is good. I know I should be taking it- and look, I have actually considered giving up on making it. Multiple times. Creating art is a stressful procedure in general, and it's really not worth the payoff.

Tell you what. I'll stop after the first episode is made. If kiwis hate it to an insane degree, then I won't continue. But if they like it, I'll keep making episodes.

Anything that legit tries to be so bad it's good fails, ever see birdemic 2? The only people who can pull it off is when they try making a good film like Tommy Wiseau, he BELIEVED his film was going to be the best movie ever, and it is but for every reason other than the ones he intended.
