spoken like a true gentleman

EDIT: An agree rating? And I thought I had the aspergers.

Like fuckery I should. You've been here a week and you're telling Satan what to do ?
Don't know what the abuse policy is currently but fuck you you slimy little cocksucker, you are a tiny cock.
Two weeks, but I digress.
Look at the serious business on this guy here.
My hobby is having sex. That's one of the reasons I am not a gamer.
You literally quoted me twice. So you're saying you have literally no other hobbies? Jesus man, one track mind.

If your hearts and minds are all about vidya then no offence but fuck you, get a life or kill yourself.

not even they are just toys
People spend time, money, and attention on them and can use them to relate to each other.

It's funny that I guess North Korea's trying to make overt propaganda out of them, but I'd say that at the same time, they kind of already are "propaganda" for a lifestyle where "propaganda's not important" as they are. Everything's a little propaganda here and there. Like, if you want to live North Korea's life, you don't want to play video games as we know them--you want to play North Korea's propaganda. Or do that stuff people do/did over there when they make animations in stadium seats that might be meant to serve the same purpose. It's like holidays being important. That's when you kick back, get drunk, and kill the animals you've been working to feed all year. Video games or toys or whatever are like your own little holiday here and there while you work the machines.

Maybe it could be argued that people have/had it harder in North Korea or in the past and they survived, but I'd wonder if the working conditions of a 12-hour day are the same, and
if other people, like, right there get that and you don't, it seems unfair.

This is a very poor analogy.

A refrigerator does not apply to games journalism in any way, nor does any act of "unplugging" apply here.
The analogy wasn't meant to illustrate the situation as a whole; it was meant to represent the kind of importance of games.

You need a fridge to store food. You don't need games, they are a luxury item.

Wrong. Some people get their enjoyment in life from video games. Video games aren't just toys, they're experiences. They're adventurers, challenges. They give you something to do, something to achieve. For the most part, my life would be dull and hollow without video games. And before you say "lol go make friends and get a life", this IS my life, a strong part of it that is. A necessary part. I can't form relationships due to severe social anxiety, very few interests, and beliefs that make me incompatible with the vast majority of the population.

So don't say "its just gaymz", because for some people, they fill a void in their lives that nothing else can.
