🥝 Community Kiwi Space Station 13 Server (2024 edition) - Space Station 13

This is what happened to me after feeding a slime its second monkey. I think I'll stick to Janitor next time everyone is on.

Retarded edit boys:
(Sorry for the shitty turnaround, open to feedback, etc. Up on JewTube and Odysneed sooner or later God willing.)
Man comes in with mild cough, diversity hire Trey puts him in the grave. Sad!
Meanwhile me, doing surgery on the clown's eyes while mildly retarded from getting cloned:

Keep up the good work, Dark Son. When are we getting those BlackstoneTrasen investment bucks for each urban youth we hire, gecko?

EDIT: It's really disappointing that The Welderbomb doesn't gib corpses, or even those dumb enough to refuel while #lit. I might look into that.

It was purposely nerfed because that's exactly what most shitters do to fuck a shift up in the first 2 minutes. Imo good, it should stay that way.
If anything I'd prefer it not violently explode at all, instead setting the room on fire. It's welder fuel, not high explosive, it should make an unholy napalm mess, not punch through the hull.

Wait you no longer black out when in crit? Honestly it's for the best, staring at a black screen for 10 minutes due to baymed wasn't very fun. Being able to see mitigates the slow crit IMHO.

Honestly a slight buff to make it gib corpses when creating a breach wouldn't cause any problems.

Forgot to include this in the video, but torn lungs + gaseous anaesthetic don't really work well together. Only 50 percent of that is diversity hire related.

I think that was just due to the very quick dispensing of all that ordnance into my guy, otherwise I would have probably blacked out if I lived for another 3 seconds.
(Edit to clarify: I died too quickly to black out)

I might look into medical one day and do something like that. Remove the extremely long period of paincrit, or at least make you able to see and hear shit. It's genuinely terrible, waiting to maybe be rescued even though it's the right thing to do. I like baymed, but it makes spacemen incredibly squishy and easy to take out, and usually in very boring ways.

Long crit is a very old thing that can be traced back to the ancient Gibbed/Goon era. Most servers got rid of it after the introduction of defibrillators, and since this codebase doesn't have them yet the long crit is still a thing; so before you get rid of long crit, backport the defibs from /vg/ or someplace else first.

I will be unable to attend this week's games unfortunately. However, if anyone wants to record his rounds and something cool happens, I can see about throwing them together. I have 2 rounds of my own still to edit and one double round video that's like 60% complete.
(Individual videos for each round would be best but I'll take what people give me if it's good.)

Very large (by English standards, maxing out at 120 players), very chuddy SS14 server got dehubbed.

The individual named is Rane, the guy that made Nyanotrasen. Hullrot host has been posting this gem:

Do you have access to the connection IPs and any applicable information for the somewhat tolerable SS14 servers, the ones you've recommended? I want to try out an engine that doesn't want to tear my hair out and see if SS14 is actually worth it (despite a lot of bad decisions being grandfathered in), but I try to avoid using discord whenever possible.

Hullrot goes up on weekends around this time actually, Saturdays and Sundays. You can add it to favorite / direct connect via nodb.avesmaximus.eu:2070

Otherwise if you know Russian, a few of their servers even on the main hub are tolerable albeit full of dumb kids.

Is hullrot a standard SS13 experience essentially or is it a variant like voidcrew?
