Not because I really support intervention in Iran, but because it looks like it could turn into a domestic "win" for Trump and strengthen US standing abroad if it plays out well. I don't give a shit about Iran or their people. I don't think they are a threat to the USA, and really don't care if they get nukes. However, the current regime is supportive of China who is a threat.

I was saying that it's highly probable that Pakistan would build up it's already existing nuclear arsenal in response to the rest of the Middle East (Saudis, Iranians, etc.) getting access to nuclear arms which would lead to a response from India increasing their nuclear arms, fill in the gaps.

I would have been heavily against it prior to seeing how it's gone so far. Didn't think it possible to be this easy. This outcome is far preferable than letting Iran build up and continue to act as a piggy bank against US interests, especially if they became nuclear.

I still have some concerns, but if this best case scenario continues it's a massive win.
