Mass manipulation through doots has been the point of Reddit for a decade. It wouldn't be "a massive psyop", it's standard operating procedure with off-the-shelf tools at this point. Not thinking in terms of security wrt the shit that's ruined the internet is naive.

The point of those strategies is patient long-term cultural cultivation. Even if you are strong and brave and immune to stickers, as many fucktards ITT are strangely proud of (please tell us about it again for the twentieth time btw), post-merge users are objectively retarded little baby brains for example and in a couple years there'll be a lot more of them shitting into each others' mouths.
Every site works this way perpetually and maybe you've noticed that they never get less retarded over time.

Never used reddit, but from what I’ve seen, Kiwi Farms isn’t very much like reddit.

This thread seems kind of silly. I’m thinking OP was in a bad mood, maybe needed to log out. Can’t see anyone making a comparison like that in good faith, it would likely be a bad mood thing.

Or even a small moment of butthurt.

Look, any site has ups & downs. I notice sometimes people here act like sheeple, monkey see, monkey do, & echo chamber BS, but, no worse than any other site, & actually better than most sites.

This is nothing like some crap site w/ “approved thoughts.” There are some mentalities here (as everywhere) where you get followers, imitators, bandwagon riders, & other bullshit, but if that’s not your thing, don’t participate. There’s room enough for you to think your thoughts & maybe even express them. You might not win a popularity contest, but, are you really on KF to win one anyway?
