At its best, it's a bland style of "humor" that stops being funny at around the third time you hear it, as the premise behind it is practically identical in every case. At its worst, it's a way to conceal a political message (namely anti-white messaging) by shrouding it in sarcasm and reinforcing that insulting white culture is about punching up rather than down:

Is there a difference between "Safe Edgy" and "TOS Edgy" where people are only edgy to the point a social media site won't kick them off? For the casual person the former seems more appropriate and the latter fits calculated moves by Youtubers or Streamers trying to do everything they can to avoid losing the way they make money but also not seem too "safe" at the same time.
