"retarding" more clearly invokes "retard" as in "fire-retardant pajamas", which is the intent, and either would be grammatically correct

Do we know of any other sites using a derivative of KiwiFlare? I remember Josh saying that porn sites get are constantly getting ddos attacks. I think it would cause at least one tranny to go flacid to learn that he's been spending his hard earned welfare dollars for access to a site using code from the Kiwi Farms.
