They told me not too:

I vape CBD for my back pain sometimes, eh it's better than heavy painkillers or so I tell myself. Most do taste awful though. I wonder if a menthol vape will be useful with corona to get the gunk out.

can sm1 tell me if vaping is good for quitting smoking.

cigarettes are killing my stamina .

stairs have become my mortal enemies
I switched from smoking to vaping 8 years ago and I can definitely tell there's a difference with my breathing. I play sports now and hike without feeling like I'm dying. And I cannot stand cigarette smoke now so it's very unlikely I'll ever switch back.

I started smoking cigarettes in junior high but quit just after high school, and thankfully never touched them again apart from a brief flirtation with clove and then ginseng. When my dad got cancer after more than fifty years of smoking unfiltered cigarettes, he decided to quit cold turkey, and I got him a vape in the hopes it would make things easier. He enjoyed the technological novelty for a short time, but to my surprise didn't stick with it - good for him, strong willpower. As long as it's not being blown in my face, I still enjoy the smell of high-quality burning tobacco because it reminds me of my dad.

As far as cannabis, after my first experience vaping one night with a Volcano at a party, I never looked back. It felt like realizing I'd been eating disgusting burned food all those years, and now I was eating perfectly cooked food with real flavor. Since then I've taken more than one break to let my tolerance go down again; the first was an impromptu decision one day that turned into nine months, and currently it's been a month since I bothered with the devil's lettuce. Don't know if vaping has made that easier or if it's just advancing age, but either way things are definitely better and I'm using it less.

>10 years of vaping, I'm never gonna stop. I like breathing in pink lemonade flavoured air. It tastes good. Social norms mean nothing to me.
