This isn't a lol cow online but he is one in real life...this developer here in Douglas county, is slime and I'm positive he is a predator. He runs "homeless" camps, but they are slave camps you have to pay to stay in them, men have to do free labor work for him and females are harassed and even assaulted but complaining or reporting does no good since he's being protected....he is opening more camps and is way dirty...he even has illegal immigrants work for him that he treats so horrible...
A woman was overdosing in one of his camps he had his workers drag her into the near by road and ditched her there..again reporting doesn't help.
His name is Bernie woodard, he lives in Roseburg Oregon.
I plan to do a deep dive on him and show the world what he is....
I have plenty of victims and victims statements, but they're all homeless people so they're not taking seriously and I can't get any real evidence because a lot of people don't have a way to take pictures or video.
There has got to be stuff on this man online somewhere he's got to be creeping.
I know that he also was trying to flirt with my daughter when she was 11, again I reported it nothing was done.
The city doesn't want anything done because he does all the work they want from him a very very low cost considering all his labor is free.
Get all you wonderful kiwi detectives try and help me find anything that is solid enough to bring to light and stop him?
And it's also been a strong rumor for a long time, I happen to believe it because of the way the stories are told and by who they're told that he's also into human trafficking..
It wouldn't surprise me, we've had that issue here for over 20 years and everyone knows about it but nothing ever is done. More and more kids and woman go missing, called run aways or whatever they have to say to cover it up.
