I had it once in FF7 lol.

Then Wagamama started making Korean BBQ buns and I pretty much have them every time I go as a side, they're fucking good.

got left over meat maybe I'll make korean bbq baozi. I've made a good pizza baozi.

I love Korean BBQ! My favorite thing are all the little side/starter dishes they bring out (banchan). I love the kimchi, radish kimchi, and shredded bean curd in particular, but they're all good. I always eat a ton and feel like I'm stealing from the other people in my group, but they just never seem as interested in eating them as I am. I don't know why, that shit is awesome
I find the pork and beef cuts are always the tastiest bbq, I try to not get the chicken. Love the beef ribs, pork belly, and thinly sliced beef.
Also, the Korean style beef ribs at Trader Joe's aren't a bad substitute tbh.

Korean is one of my absolute favorites! My brother and I will pig out on banchan to the point where they'll bring out more for us. It's fun to BBQ at the table and my go-to is samgyeopsal. It's pork belly with thin slivers of garlic which you put on a piece of lettuce (or perilla leaves) various vegetables, rice and ssamjang or gochujang sauce. I can eat Korean several times a week and never get tired of it.

Koreans love their side dishes. It's incredible how many they serve with any meal. The variety of them is incredible. They will kimchi anything. I think I had squid kimchi once. So good.

Any leads on good Korean BBQ in GA or FL? Sure, I could Google it.

Ever since I got off the Left coast, between that and Teriyaki places, I am a fish out of water. It's definitely a regional thing in the US!
