Otherkin are widely considered freaks by furries and generally are seen as an embarrassment by them. Since they're by far the most stereotypical members of the club. It's similar to how Christian Weston Chandler is disliked by people with autism because he makes their group look bad.

These people clearly never looked into the history of mythological creatures. Since we know that most mythological creatures developed from artistic depictions of animals that would become more exaggerated overtime. Like the original depictions of dragons originated from snakes and crocodiles and gradually were depicted with things like wings and multi-forked tongues that later became fire. It's so weird to me to so naively assume you are one of these fictional creations that we know definitively human beings created based on things in the natural world. It's like imagining you were bugs bunny in another life.
The whole introduction about "I felt like I wus different" is just the human condition, everyone has felt like that at some point as a kid

This feeling is actually surprisingly common, to the point where most people don't even realize it. Like a lot of people who join groups like Scientology describe the same thing. Cults prey on people like this a lot. People who are seeking some sort of guidance in their lives and aren't getting it anywhere.

Does "Kothorix" have a fetish for being cuckolded?

Right now he has no reason not to believe that Kero is using him like a parasite as a vehicle for his attempt at self redemption, and that either Kero lied to him, or that he's lying to that other person, because he's telling explicitly contradictory stories at this point and in both cases trying to make himself look as sympathetic as possible.

He wants to respect Kero? Kero obviously has no respect for him. Kero left him hanging to look like a dumb ass and this Kothorix guy just goes along with it and covers for him.

At this point if Kero asked to borrow Kot's car to go to the grocery store, and he took it out to a cliff in the total opposite direction of the grocery store and anheroed Thelma and Louise style, Kot would probably be like "Come on guys he was just going to the store and got lost on the way and sure he sent out text messsages saying goodbye to his family but that's just because he was homesick there's no suicide letter specifically saying he planned to do this, and also the cars fine it just needs to go to the body shop for some repairs its no big deal."

The other guy (Zaush?) could leak all the stuff as well. But unless Koth gets some serious "you are a liar" fire, those logs won't be leaked by him.

I get the impression that Kothorix likes to feel like he has some measure of power in situations within the fandom. His interview targets seem topical for the time frames that the interviews come out, at least that I've seen, so I'm not actually surprised that he would withhold information that has been given to him in the course of making a video. Why, all the little peons can come begging to him to release the information!

I highly doubt Kothorix is a fan of Jim. He's taken shots at him in the past. Like his otherkin video posts his avatar in reference to people who see Otherkin as crazy. And in that video he says people who do that are really mean.

He also refused to post the Kero conversation logs when Jim asked him before the video went live. He's most likely switching sides because he sees the way the wind is blowing. He doesn't wanna be dragged through the mud like Kero was given he's said a lot of pro-degenerate things in the past like how he's defended pedophiles.

He runs a subreddit for youtube furries. He most likely knew Kero because of that. He wants to be seen as an authority on furries and all of his actions clearly show that.
