For instance Picasso tried lots of different art styles from Neo classicism to cubism and to simply say cubism bad because it isn’t traditionally technically impressive is ignoring the point of stylization.

Sorry to be late & a faggot, but didn't this guy appear in at least one video by chaos55t?

I doubt she's cow-worthy in her own right as she's a pretty bland YT personality (she has X amount of videos reading reddit posts, ffs) who mainly does story time & art-based videos with some speed paint & simple animations (I only say this because I doubt the 5 people who've heard of her are in this thread) but she's made videos ranting about people who under-paid/didn't pay for commissions (this is how I found her) I think that's one bridge burned if it wasn't already in ashes.

Maybe she just quoted from him or something, idk, but I have a distinct feeling he was in one of her videos.

If anyone does go digging (for our lad Kothism or for thread purposes) she's not an actual child, she just sounds like one. Probably why the amazing kothiest hangs out with her (allegedly) :tomgirl:

I know a bit about Chaos. I don't think she actually talked about Kothism in a positive light. I remember she might have made fun of him for his in defense of pedophiles videos around the time it came out (It was like a small mention in a bigger video). However, he's never been in her videos to my knowledge besides like that one mention. You might be thinking of TheNamesJunkie who uses a red dragon as his fursona and can be as insufferable as Kothism. Junkie and Chaos do hang out more and appear frequently in video. You could also be thinking of Spoctortech who uses a light green lizard or a dark blue lizard as his main sonas/characters. Also friends with Chaos and shows up in a few videos with her. Chaos also did some of Spoctor's talksprites and she may have done Junkie's? I'm not positive if she did his, but I do know she did at least one iteration of Spoctor's.

Probably not friends with Kothism given she's pretty much the opposite of him on a religious level (She's a practicing wiccan/into pagan beliefs). She's also more in the Deviantart commentary/rant community which Kothism doesn't have any ties to.

small edit: mildly curious about Junkie if you wanna say more, I might be remembering him from a video somewhere, but dont really know anything. Is he also a cow?

It's contemporary art because modern art ended in 1970. It shows he didn't do basic research but insists on making claims. You can't make true claim if parts of your argument are false!

I know he has close to zero credibility because it's a fucking talking dragon, but 'cmon bruh...you're acting the same as Hitler! He hated modern art, destroyed all he could, put the rest on display to be mocked, and he only liked realism portraiture because of nationalism. Blue dergon confirmed for the next form of Hitler.

Deviantart ranter/commentary channel. Only thing that makes him a potential cow is the fact he talks about cows and hung out with them. He was I believe friends or acquaintances with the Pizza faced Parker Russel/Pkrussl who has his own thread. Parker who has exposed his literal balls and ass on his twitter to minors that he knew about. Though Junkie has made a video on him, it's mainly for his video on Hazbin Hotel which got a lot of people pissy and Parker acted like the cow he is and went on a rampage about it.

I know Junkie did have some drama going on that had a lot of people pissed at him for a bit but I don't remember what it was for. I think it was about someone picking on and harassing a trans member of his discord and him not doing shit since it was happening off of the server. (It's either him or Spoctor) Regardless, he's not worth investigating much into unless you want to look into the drama he had (Doesn't get into anything unless it's big) or his relationship with Parker.

On topic, Kothism is a moron. People buy Miles's work because he's a big name in the furry community. His work is for the very rich of the community and that's what's getting under some furries skins. Miles is the gucci brand for furry art. It's not the greatest but it's the biggest name and in the community it's all bout the popularity behind you over your art, personality, or behavior. Look at some of the big furries in this forum. Kero still has defenders and people still just liked his character. Kothism's idea of it being about feeling special is only a partial part of the reason Miles can charge 7,500$ ych. People are willing to throw that money at him and he sees that demand as a way to hike up his price because he's the on who making it. If I had to waste time to draw someone's super original donut steal oc and saw how many suckers with cash I had wanting me to do it, fuck yeah I price that shit expansively.

This goes for really all artists that have a following. Outside of the conventional furry community I can name three artists who make 100's sometimes 1000's of dollars simply because it's their brand. Oncha has sold designs for well over 200$, Casin0's has sold design batches where each design was sold for the max winning bid of 300$ each, Loppyrae has had custom design auctions be autobought for 1,500$.

Kothism's video just shows he's still obnoxious and just bland. There's other videos that dive deeper into the topic of how commissions get priced by the brand of the person behind it that do it better and are entertaining. His voice is just a drone to listen to and makes it feel like a chore. The best comparison I have would be that he sounds like a video your middleschool teacher would put on and have you take notes for but was so boring that the teacher falls asleep during it.

All those angry little gatekeepers think they can keep the big bad NOT-SEEs and Conservatives out when all it takes to subvert them is simply NOT stating a political preference. Then what do they have to weed out the wrong-thinkers other than asking loaded political questions and guessing who the imposter is like some demented game of werewolf?

Okay but he's just being whiny and pretentious. He's not going to fix the problems in the fandom - especially considering he is one. There's really not anything that can be done to change the Furry community for the better. People just need to leave it and let it burn already.

That's why the left hates moderates and non-political people more than anything. Anyone who isn't radically left is a potential right-winger to them. Which is becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.

His Youtube account is still active, but it's mostly gaming/letsplay centered now.
