At this point he's literally just throwing a temper tantrum over Notre Dame refusing to back down. It's not like it was even a big issue to begin with.

He plays it up in order to score sympathy points from people. That and he uses it as an excuse whenever he gets caught doing something dumb.

Reminder that one of his excuses for why he didn't disclose that he was paying Justin Berry was that his epilepsy made him forget that he even did it.

He's the classic attention parasite. He attaches himself to things that he thinks will make people think he's someone to pity/is brave, but lacks the skill to pull of his ruses in person. Also he looks like a mole person.
