Possible, but considering the tweet she supposedly posted after his grand mal gif attack... There are two possibilities:
1.) She decided sending a tweet was more important than taking her husband to the hospital, which means she's horrible.
2.) She didn't send the tweet, but decided to support her husband's lies... Which means she's crazy.

That whole rant reminded me so much of that video of that tiny dude yelling at a man playing a trumpet on the street. The baseless insults, the attempts to prop himself up by listing dubious accomplishments from his past, the fact that he's clearly a has-been now so those accomplishments don't hold as much weight, it's all there.
