Too bad for him "weaponized gifs" aren't a thing in my country. Fucker should learn not to click on everything that's on screen. Even my son knows better than he does and he's nine. No wonder his children got as far away from him as possible.

Also, how is he going to take any of these people to court when he's not employed?

Being giffed is the only thing Kurt has to be proud of. It's not like he has a professional career to be proud of anymore.

Speaking of which, does anyone know if his tweets about the effects of his seizure will be admissible in court? Because if he's just doing them for asspats, he's failing miserably.

Don't you have to hit play on Twitter gifs now to animate them?
If you have it set up to do that yes, or if you're not signed in they'll autoplay. Personally, everyone should send him gifs. Just bombard him with them so people will eventually tell him to shut up. Much like his employers.

Because of the outright stupidity of the defendant in that case, he might not have much to prove. Even if his seizure was completely imaginary, which is my opinion, the idiot who sent the gif to him admitted he knew, or at least believed, that (((Eichenwald))) had epilepsy and he deliberately sent the gif with the intention of causing a seizure.

So even if (((Eichenwald))) literally isn't epileptic and literally made up the entire seizure thing, this guy is still possibly guilty of attempting to do something that IMO probably didn't even happen at all in reality.

He is a life lesson in how not to ween, even if you for whatever reason insist on being a ween.

At what point is tweeting gifs at Eichenwald going to be the new :julay:?

I think you could technically be extradited if you send him an "assault gif". Though I might be wrong since I'm not familiar with Burger law.

Some nations have automatic extradition to the US, which basically means for any crime that the US feels the need to request extradition for. Some nations have conditional extradition where they look at each request and agree or decline as they see fit.

Eichenwald's dreaming if he thinks he's important enough that he's going to get someone to go through the mess of an extradition request for sending him a blinking picture file. I can almost assure you that the guy he ratted on before is only on trial because it was convenient and some prosecutor had a hardon to put another notch on his belt with regards to "cybercrime".

I love how Kurt uses the "I was attacked by nasty trolls on the internet with a gif" defense whenever he fucks up like other Jewish-seeming people use the "My family was murdered in the Holocaust" defense whenever they screw up.
I find the whole family dying in the Holocaust thing to be an utter lie from him since there are sites that keep track of when people got their SIN cards back during the war. His whole family at that time came in from New York City. A lot of ancestry sites keep track of that information or links to the sites. They also have the dates of their births and deaths.

Imagine the feds hunt you down to the ends of the world as if you were a terrorist or a fugitive Nazi war criminal and go "Stop right there criminal scum!" just because you send Eichendwald a strobe image.

"The Eichenwalders."

Worst action film idea ever.

Poor Kurt will likely never learn that those on the left will never forgive anything but the purest of ideological allies. He recently tweeted that it should be recognized that Donald Trump was right to pardon Jack Johnson (who was basically convicted of fucking white women). Here's some of the very first comments:

You will never be good enough for them, Kurt.
