It's about time. He's abused the legal system in his own favor for so long that I hope this breaks him.

When somebody says "pass the potatoes or I'll sue you", why don't they just pass the friggen potatoes?
:story:

What is his defense going to be?

"I HAD A SEIZURE WHEN I WENT AFTER THERE LIVELYHPOD JUDGE HONEST!" :story::story::story:

"AND DURING MY SEIZURE MY ARMS FLAILED AROUND IN JUST THE RIGHT COMBINATION OF MOVEMENT TO TWEET ALL THAT STUFF OUT!! HONEST!!!"

His defense is that he doesn't remember those tweets because of epilepsy and that we should pity him because his brain is fucked in more than one way.
His home where his children live. Marriage is a union, even if her name is on the mortgage.
His kids are adults and live in other States.

They only have one house now and they tend to have estate auctions for everything they own.

When you're about to get fucked by a kid but it's not the way you imagined it going down.

I get generics and a lot of the time they will have the same med but from a different manufacturer, so sometimes I will end up with pills that have the same amount of medication in the individual pill, but will be like twice as big (or different colors, shapes, etc). So the size of the pill isn't necessarily an indicator of dosage.
But whenever that happens, they put a big sticker on the bottle telling you that it's the same med and dosage, just different manufacturer.

Usually when getting a prescription filled, you'd usually just interact with a pharmacy tech (basically the pharmacist's assistant) and you could choose whether or not to talk to the pharmacist directly for routine fills. However, if you were starting a new med, the pharmacist consultation was always mandatory. I forget if this was the case when changing doses, but I'm pretty sure that at the very least the pharmacy tech would point out the dosage change and ask if you were aware. Just to make sure.
I would say that maybe this all happened and he forgot anyway, but if it was a relatively new med, then he'd have to be pretty dumb to fall into that kind of complacency so quickly.

this can change from state to state but for riskier medications the consultation is required when any change is made including the manufacturer as you described. for some meds, refills are not allowed and a swing-by from the pharmacist directly is required every time you pick up the medicine so they can check off the consultation box before handing over the pills. the stronger the side effects, the more likely this requirement will be in place. considering that kurt's medications have hilariously had side effects i'd be very surprised if he isn't required to get pharmacist face time at least every 90 days.

eh, his wife is a doctor and probably picks up his meds for him. kurt is such a sped i can't even imagine him out and about in public doing normal human things like picking up rx. i imagine he'd blend in about as well as a conehead

There was some list a while back about all the journalists and companies (New York Times, etc.) that made the anti-Covington statements and threats and got letters from lawyers. Who wants to bet that the big companies all settled just to avoid further problems while Kurt insisted he did nothing wrong and refused?

The Washington Post just got sued for $250 million.
