I believe Kurt's got some family money so there may be some real pain coming from this. Would be hilarious if he loses a bunch and then his wife leaves him since his family money was all that kept her tolerating him.

Not too surprising that K. Eichenwald is crying out in pain as he strikes the Covington kids.

Looks like the shit with John Rayne Rivello is still dragging on too. I hope that Sandmann's lawyers ensure that this time, this serially dishonest, more unpleasant, less technically competent and fatter and uglier version of Dr Robotnik gets a nice strong dose of his own medicine.

Anyone can sue anyone for anything, we should probably wait until it gets past initial motions before we celebrate too much. 'Journalists' in particular have been allowed to be very disingenuous without being successfully sued.

(One example, not exactly the same but along similar lines: back during the Trayvon\Zimmerman case NBC took the 911 call and edited out the dispatcher asking about the race of the suspect to make it sound like Zimmerman was chasing him around because he was black. Suit got thrown out.)

OK, guessing it's already been mentioned but Kurt's most likely on benzodiazepam, which is a sleeping drug, at least in the dosage he stated, which, makes me wonder, how the fuck does 4x your normal dose not put you out and close to dying, but lets you terrify your family. I think he's been lying to his doctor.

Only thing that comes to mind is that a dose that high could cause a paradoxical reaction possibly.

That's assuming the overdose happened at all. I wonder how many times Kurt beat his wife and dogs and then said "Oh my goodness, must have been a medication problem".

if he can accidentally get a child porn website up and running with multiple shady financial transactions and site administration over the course of months all from a seizure, then i'm sure beating his wife and dogs would fall under the same excuse.
