It isn't.
There are only so many things that will show up in a single blood sample. Different suspicions require different samples (for example: some need to have anticoagulants, others don't).
Amber's primary reason for going to the doctor was that she kept on getting sick throughout Dec and Jan. I don't know how her doctor approached it, but if it was a case of "let's deal with the patient's main complain first" , this blood test was done to check her white cells and the sample would be useless for pretty much anything else.
Someone up thread mentioned acanthosis nigricans. Did Amber use the term in the video? If so it was disingenuous as this is something diagnosed by visual exam with no need of a blood test. If the term was mentioned to Amber it was during her visit to the doc's office, not something that came up as a result of her labs.
She said her doctor says she has acanthosis nigricans. She even showed a screenshot of a definition for it. What she didn't mention is the fact that this is usually caused by insulin resistance and is a sign of incoming diabetes. I've seen her in the comments of this video insisting that her doctor said it's just because she's fat.
Bless you both. I only watched the first 3 minutes because I didn't have my adblock available, so I missed a good chunk. But, like others, I find it a little hard to believe that there's nothing abnormal about her blood work other than her gross skin pigmentation and the extra 350+ lbs she's carrying on her. Not surprised she left out the tidbit of it being a sign of diabetes though lmao.
I've never used an online portal, but anytime I've ever had lab work done, the doctor automatically went over the numbers with me at my next appointment. So, this seems very strange to me that they didn't go over it at all with her in text. How is it that the doctor didn't send her her labs/ask her to come in to discuss them? Unprofessional. And Amber is stupid for not wanting to know the exact numbers on her lab results that she paid for.
I honestly don't know if those emails are real or not, but if they are, holy shit that is unprofessional af. I find it hard to believe that an actual doctor would write an email like that.
Agreed that being skinny does not mean you're healthy, but being 500 elbees means you are unhealthy.
When I had lab testing, my results were posted in my online portal and my doctor had me come in to discuss them cause fuck if I knew what the numbers really meant. It's definitely strange that the doctor didn't go over them.I've never used an online portal, but anytime I've ever had lab work done, the doctor automatically went over the numbers with me at my next appointment. Also, since I'm inexperienced with the online portal, is it normal to display like this? From this it looks like at least one message from Amber is deleted or missing. Or maybe it's a forward? It just looks weird.

Doesn't actually have any lab results. Doctor says in email "labs look good" which only means nothing is abnormal and there are no outliers (assuming that it's even an accurate email. What doctor even emails like that?). Girl could still have high levels that should be watched but we don't know.
I still think (and I know others do too) that she should go for the A1C diabetes test, since she states here that diabetes "runs in her family" -- although I suspect she means type 2 not 1.
Edit:
Email From Dr, with the FWD mashed out and the RE RE FWD back to the doctor, which is odd.

You should post step-by-step instructions for locating test results so Amber won't have an excuse for not showing them.So I actually use FollowMyHealth, and they don't send the emails directly to your inbox like that. Instead they send you an email that looks like this (this is all I could post without doxxing the shit out of myself). They don't even send appointment reminders directly to email. It's all in the app, which you have to sign into separately.
