It's Black Lagoon, one of the most patrician anime series out there. The clips in particular are from Roberta's Blood Trail OVA. If you ever plan on watching this, because there is no good reason you shouldn't, watch the English dub.

It is a great series, but the thing I remember most about it is that one dude who looked like Hank Hill with the flamethrower oddly enough.

Anyways:

Dunno why, but I’ve been really into looking at all the emblems the enemy ACs use in Armored Core. This one was one of my favorites for some reason.
