Why not both? I can see why reporting it to pornhub is a good idea, they're sitting on all the userdata and I can't imagine that they don't have a glowie tap on all their servers as well as a direct line to them with formal guidelines on how to package and forward anything and everything related to cp uploaders and viewers.

Tumblr was reportedly the most obnoxious site for FBI/Interpol to deal with because they notified the user about posting illegal content, the user would then remove it and presumably delete their account, then Tumblr dragged their feet for so long that their logs were purged when they got around to responding to the authorities. No wonder Apple and Google tombstoned Tumblr at the same time.


edit: now that I think about there have been many people busted with cp on their phones, which always seemed weird, maybe the Tumblr app had something to do with it and the authorities finally got fed up with the shitshow that was dealing with Tumblr and told Google/Apple about it.
