Rt 60, Virginia at a Sheetz about half way between Midlothian and Powhatan, early to mid aughts. It was cheap at the time, usually about .99 cents. Stood out enough even then to remember. I'm old, but not that old yet.

Just paid $3.60 on Monday and it's $3.80 this morning and God knows next week.
