Just wait a couple hundo years. Nobody gives a shit that Alfred the Great, William the Conqueror, or Richard the Lionheart all committed genocides. They're national heroes now. Ghengis Khan is praised for his intersectional religious tolerance more than he's vilified for exterminating entire populations that took more than three days to surrender. Rome is credited with bringing light and civilisation to the ancient world and nobody cares that they genocided a city so hard that they felt the need to disassemble it brick by brick and salt the fields around it even though everyone in it was already dead.

By the year 3,000 Hitler will just be seen as that military figure who invented Hugo Boss and smoking bans and sure he killed some people I guess but times were brutal back in the Pre-Kardashian Ages.
