I sincerely hope she attempted to include every user name on every forum she uses to read about herself. My God, all of that in an eviction case? That is just too good. This thread has quickly become my new favorite - Laur has all the heart and audacity a good lolcow needs and she is certainly giving this her all.
It’s juicy as fuck watching this insane bitch flail about after all the harassment she lobbed at any YouTuber who dared mention Lillee.

It's dawn before the final day!

Court starts in ten minutes! Let's fucking goooo!

Laur absolutely could not resist the urge to get one more document filed this morning before the wire. Naturally, she did not copy Lawyer Dong on it. What was so urgent? Why, us, of course!

She likely made another Pepe Silvia style collage of recent posts here, claiming each was made by a Chinese bot hired via tencent, rather than by loving and autistic individuals who just care a lot about her landlord.

Her case might not be heard until later today, but I'll keep an eye on the docket.

Do they take your phone away in eviction court?
This is the civil supreme court, and no, they don't take your phone but do expect the phone to be put up when your case is called. Filming the court in your phone is absolutely forbidden.

I think Laur is in the courtroom alone, unless Lillie can't be left alone without constant supervision (which is a possibility, given her syndrome plus enmeshment with Laur.) Lillie isn't even named in the eviction case - she's a Jane Doe. Laur is the one who named her on the civil supreme court case, while accusing others of doxing her daughter.

Do you know what document 159 was? I just noticed a bunch of stuff got deleted.

Apparently, a case status of "fully submitted" mean that all arguments and evidence submission are completed; court is over. All that's left is for Judge Greenberg to make his ruling on Laur's three motions. Now we wait for the long hand of justice to bitch slap the Truemans out of Vincent Jin's second and third floors.

Do we think Lily is gonna scamper up to the attic with all her dollies and bare her teeth at the marshal when he comes to take possession?

When they evict them will they be given ANOTHER 30 days to vacate or was this considered the last of the last, so to speak, in terms of delays?
If these motions - specifically motion 1 - are rejected, then they should be subject to immediate removal. The marshal had notice to remove them February 9th, and this was a request to stay that notice.

ETA: she applied for six stays to this eviction in the housing court, and all of them were rejected. Laur is out of options. To quote Tennessee Marshal Othneil Penn: "When I show up, you don't live here any more."

While we wait for the Honorable Ira Greenberg to decide on Laur's eviction stay, Laur and Lilly are feeling real brave.

Lily is posting the same dull TikTok of some snow she shot a few weeks back, declaring it a short silent film and proof of her totemo legit directorial chops.

Laur continues to post AI slop of cats with "witty" captions about how brave she is.

It's pretty obvious that their plea for an eviction stay is both meritless, and intended to illegally subvert the housing court's repeat findings that the Truemans need to leave. Not sure why Laur and Co. are feeling so emboldened.

ETA: it is now past 5 PM eastern time, and Judge Greenberg has not yet delivered a decision in Laur's case (or at least, his ruling has yet to be published.)

It could take anywhere from a few days to a month, unfortunately. Since Jin is losing money every day without a judgment, though, hopefully the court will see the need for expediency (not least because we need the lols immediately)

You would think Laur would be grateful that Judge Greenberg is taking his time to respond to her eviction stay request, given that each day he ponders is another day Laur has a free place to haunt. She couldn't be stupid enough to rock the boat, right?

Lol, wrong. She's filed another personal letter to the judge this afternoon, demanding a further thirty day stay of her eviction so the NYPD can investigate her totemo legit harassment claims.

Yah honah, the 109th precinct is going to get the crime syndicate arrested any day now, and yah cahn't evict her until these people arh behind bahs!

Gotta love how she leaks the names of the cops that are working her case and the precincts they work at every single time she gets desperate in the hopes that people will harass them to validate her case. She puts it right there in the title of the document knowing full well that it will get posted on KF and LC.

I'm catching up on this thread so I apologize if this has been addressed. Is there any evidence that Earl is alive? They seem disgusting enough to hide the body to keep the checks coming.
