Laurel. Not sure how anyone gets Yanny.

It's apparantly both words being said at once. Theory is that older people hear the lower pitched voice and youngsters hear the high-pitched voice.

It reminds me of a stereo test record I listened to years ago that did one of those cycle sweeps and said that the highest of frequencies could often be heard of younger people, I wonder if that's where it's coming from?
 
When I first listened I heard Yanny, but when I started faffing with the volume, it slowly turned from Yanny into Laurel as I turned the volume up which was spooky
