Likely not. It is something that Ty’s crew was working on for awhile. It just may have turned out to be juicier than expected. Probably something not unlike when Byrne discovered That text message stream between Mark Waid and Antarctic Press with Waid bullying AP into saying he’s not a bully.

For some reason I’m thinking whatever the new piece is, it likely ties to either Funimation or Sabat. It was something that Ty didn’t plan for round 1, but the info may have moved it up.

It depends. If they did get it, and it’s that good, it will be worth taking a little more time.

So should each lawsuit be broken off into it's own thread or should there be a mega thread?

It could be as early as today, if they can get the new information right away. Ty said they wouldn't wait on it if they couldn't. His exact words were that they would file sometime this week with an emphasis on tomorrow (today).

That’s why I’m thinking if they don’t file today, then whatever they were waiting on turned out to be real good. Good enough to delay an extra day or two to fully incorporate it into their filings. If they do file today it was probably a nothing burger.

I would think it mainly depends on when they get the evidence today and how easily it is to be vetted. The other thing if memory serves is that Ty stated that Igor and Iago were not going to be in round 1, but that this evidence could change all of that.

@JosephTX Stop worrying so much about getting internet stickers, and actually read through information. Depending on how things get filed, there will either be one or four threads made in the LLC forum, which I will then move here with a permanent redirect. I will delete absolutely any thread that gets made without all documents attached.
