Any retard can swing the ban hammer. I don't place much stock in every ban being credible.

Hi I'm retarded and I have only been tepidly following vtuber drama because they have new drama every week and it's teenage shit. But there is a few questions that keeps coming up in my mind that no one can seem to answer:

How fucking hard is it to just not engage with children and be an entertainer?
Why are all of these people so hungry for views that they are willing to let predators flying under the lolicon/shotacon acceptance umbrella into their servers where they can predate on little kids?
It's not even edgy jokes anymore they're just doing it out in the open. And when the server owners get caught having this shit in their servers they immediately deflect to retarded insults instead of owning that they fucked up?
Why is it so hard for vtubers to admit lolicons are fucking degenerates and they shit up every community they're in and turn it into this shit?

How hard is it to take a zero tolerance stance on this shit and say: No children in my server. If you see them nuke on sight. Don't share porn on my server. If you see anyone doing it nuke on sight. Lolicons and shoutacons get put against the wall or fired into the sun. Pedophiles are bad.

Why is it so fucking hard for vtubers to just say that shit and own it? Because this shit is very specifically a vtuber issue that seems to just keep happening and anytime anyone tries to talk about it, the Pedo Defense Force comes out in full swing ready to start life ruination on anyone who dares suggest jorkin to little anime girls is fucking weird.

There's nothing wrong with having a Discord server (and unfortunately Discord is the golden standard, no one's gonna move to TeamSpeak for their favorite oshi) where the streamer and their fans can meet up, chat, organize events, etc. Problem is, in an effort to be inclusive (in a good sense of the word) streamers allow minors in their servers while the pedophilia and degeneracy problem is at the all time high (we can directly call out Nux and other lolicon defenders for that btw, since they love peddling this shit to children). Having NSFW channels only makes it worse.
In short, if a CC strictly doesn't allow kids in their Discord and/or prohibits any NSFW content, then at the very least they're smart enough to hide their skeletons. Otherwise it's a giant red flag.

I know some small streamers who made private discords for their tiny communities so that people could integrate the twitch emotes into discord and they could use them. It's a silly reason, but it is also a convenient way to talk within your group about future content or field suggestions.

Mind you, the streamers I'm talking about are not big and are not trying to make it big. They're just hanging out with the same group of people and floating between each others content when they're bored.

I don't really want to know what streamers or the people I'm watching a stream with are gooning to. And I guess I'm just further a prude because I don't understand why you'd want to hang out with children in a server. I'm kinda of two minds here that some streamers are either really weak-willed and can't say no, or they're straight up degenerates and don't care about online safety if it guarentees them those sweet, sweet views.

To me, there's nothing wrong with saying, "gtfo if you're a kid. You aren't wanted here." We do it in real life with bars and shit. No one wants a kid shitting up a lounge. Adults go to separate rooms to talk to other adults at family gatherings and the kids go do kid shit. I don't see why online has to be any different. And it's kind of your job as the adult to be the adult. That part seems to be where vtubers drop the ball. No one wants to be the adult and make the adult-decisions.
