I do like how she leaves her Facebook open for non-friends to comment on, but then gets upset when outside people post criticism.

He's also wrong about California law. Most landlords give 3 day notices for evictions. And the eviction process usually takes anywhere from a month (most common time period) to a year (if the tenant brings up claims of broken shit)
