Well, that was unexpected. I really do hope it was Dr. Dad; he seemed like a decent guy, and provided some interesting insight. Also, that photo makes him look really ... tired. This must be wearing on him more than we thought.

Well he had to deal with Leah and her mind being rotted by SJWism for the past, say, 6 years. That alone is enough. But to be the parent of one of these SJWs? And eventually have to give them the boot for their own damn good like he did? I can't blame the man for looking a bit tuckered in the slightest.
 
It must be breaking for him. I can't blame him. That's 6 years of telling yourself is a phase, they will grow out of it. Giving them more chances to learn and better them selves, a job so they can see the joy of adult hood and responsibility and the one goal a parent has of seeing their children grow up happy and healthy being sand through fingers.

No, she's probably referring to the emotional trauma of being sat down and told the truth about her weight. I'm willing to bet her gender dysphoria would vanish the moment she had a human shaped figure and was suddenly the object of attention of attractive men.

You'd think it would take hard work to fuck up simple situations so spectacularly, but these cows make it look effortless.

You know if the worst thing you can say about your "abuser" (that we can't debunk) is "He tried sending me to fat camp" then pal, you weren't fucking abused. It's not fun being called fat but who's parents don't criticize them from time to time? Get a thicker skin you homeless pissbaby.

Indubitably. Remember that to your average Tumblrina a small emotional ouchie is ACTUAL REAL VIOLENCE.

Being fat due to inability to stop stuffing one's face is an addiction like alcohol or drugs. We don't blame alcoholics or heroin dependents for their addiction, but we do hold them responsible for their own recovery. If Dr Dad cared enough to book her into a weight loss camp (probably at own significant expense), it was because he was worried for her health, not because he wanted to oppress her.

I still wonder how long it is before Tumblr throws up a pro-alcoholism subculture who decry "sober privilege" and "drunk shaming" and that you can drink to booze-induced seizures as much as you like and should because otherwise you've internalised oppression from the kyriarchy.
 
Who tipped the good doctor off to seek out this thread (and how did he solve that captcha)? Imagine Leah telling him:
'Dad dad! These assholes online are triggering me! They're talking about ruining my life!' And being the great dad he is he still helps his daughter and talks to us here.
And is met with nothing but positive things to say about him and his service and sincere questions.
 
Shit man, I wish my parents had cared enough about me to send me to any kind of camp. For most kids, "summer camp" is "stay the fuck out of the house from after breakfast until 7pm, drink from the hose if you're thirsty". And this bitch wants REPARATIONS - capital - for the capitalist privileges given unto her.
 
I doubt Leah will change in the near future. Insane Sjw believes don't suddenly go away. It's a slow process. Also she needs to get rid of these "friends" first.

Agreed sadly, it's easy enough to lie to your self for some time, but it's even easier when everyone around you supports your lies and feeds into it. She's not go chance to sit down and think, what series events brought me here, maybe I'm the asshole. She's being told day in and day out, she is a victim.
