today its cats lesson on "how to make The Ape Face".
required materials are: a mirror, your face, and a camera (optional). if you have a condition like moebius syndrome or an otherwise paralyzed, mangled or burnt face this will not work at all you won't ever be able to do the ape face and you really just need to leave this thread right now.
step 1 bring your face in front of the mirror
step 2. look at it
step 3&4 close your mouth, put your lips together
step 5 push the air that is inside your mouth up into the space in front of your teeth and into your lips while keeping them pressed together closed
step 6: try and hold the Ape Face in the mirror without laughing and ruining it, note - this can be turned into a game with your friends standing side by side, whoever laughs first loses!
step7 is Optional, and its "take a photograph"
