I found a decent website where you could learn Inuktitut languages (Usually spoken in Nunavut Canada). It also has audio filed that help you speak it.

annas-archive.org pulls from places like libgen and z-library for books and textbooks. You can find a lot of stuff there. Archive.org and Project Gutenberg are good too but they'll be outdated information on some subjects because they're in the public domain.
