Dude this thing might as well be done. It will absolutely be ready before the 20th anniversary.
Edit: So apparently besides all the extra bits like fixing the Midna's Lament section and supporting cheats/mods/flags etc., they have added in extra wolf howl songs like the Sun's song from the N64 games in order to change time of day whenever you want to make Poe hunts easier. Really going above and beyond.

The drip feed of material is gonna be so awkward when the movie comes out and features none of it. "OOPS! We toooootally just accidentally released a teaser image for this movie coming in 2027 to a theater and streaming platform near you. Oooopsie! This isn't a thinly veiled hype attempt!"

It is cute how some think this videogame movie will in any way be good. Worse yet how things have gotten so dire that the fact Link wasn't made into a shitskin is somehow praiseworthy. Like yeah I guess, good job hollyjew, you'll absolutely have niggers everywhere in this movie but you held off when it came to monkey'ing the main leads, bravo bravo. I'm sure having dindu elves sprinkled around everywhere like Fink-funded jacks won't be just as awkward as it was in Tears of the Sloppy Seconds. How are there dindu sheikah now in an insular ninja village? How are there niggers in temperate zones with all the White characters? Doesn't matter, stop questioning.

I never said the movie would be good, I said the fact Link looks like Link was the most I could possibly expect, and actually exceeds my expectations, everything from there on is fucked.

also if we are talking about Sonia, this bitch isn't black, or brown skinned, she's tan, she's supposed to be one of those Tan Gayaru Jap women style/looks, Nips tan darker than white people so they have a different affilation with it.

You'd have to be dumb or just disingenuous to call her "black/brown." Japan designs actual dark-skinned characters differently. Sonia is designed like every other light-skinned character, and has a tan as you pointed out. She's a "brown girl," which is not the same as being black or brown. Cia is the same thing, though I always assumed her skin turned darker after she was corrupted and split off Lana (since her "guardian of time" outfit gives her light skin).

Like hell she has straight blonde hair and green eyes, she is absolutely not black.

Genuinely a coincidence. Malon and Talon were deliberately designed based on Marin and Tarin.
Link's canonical girlfriend in TP doesn't fit the mold at all (hur this is a sign he was supposed to wind up with Midna)

I mean Ilia is a girl, and is his friend, so she is a canonical "girl friend", but girlfriend? The official manga should be all the evidence needed to know what was up. Even disregarding that, what's the first thing Link does after Midna breaks the mirror? He returns the master sword, drops everything else, and heads off to search for a way to reunite with his companion like his ancestor did. It's like poetry man.
