Tbh I like it in theory but:
The shoes aren't the same green as the top, and are pretty ugly in general.
Socks are wrong color of pink.
The protruding gunt and ham arms do not work with that top, at all. The pants aren't the worse, but as is they're also not sitting very easily on her.

Even if she was required to gain weight for her role, the show ended years ago. Renee Zellweger and Christian Bale have suffered dramatic weight changes for roles and they came back to normal eventually.
Funny how the rest of the female cast, the other three "Girls" are all having careers and getting married and having kids. Shoshanna's prophecy of how she now had nice friends with good jobs and that's why she was ditching the other three for being fuckups has been eerily prophetic about Lena.

I actually looked her up, possibly due to you specifically mentioning her. I then looked up and read pieces she wrote on ppl I had an interest in and we shared extremely similar pov on those. I liked her writing. .
(Also I looked at her bio and realized we had a scary amount in common, with the caveat I did not grow up on LI but half my family lives there. Maureen is pure, distilled LI girl, so she has the bridge and tunnel society grudge towards Manhattan glitterati.
