This is for a more concise summary of what's going on, not to mention a good way to organize and catalog all of Len's spergfests.

Well that does make sense. I've always wondered what a Shaner topic without the shitposting and retardation from Lenny himself would be like.

I... would hope that Null probably doesn't give enough of a shit to do anything about it besides possibly give a small chuckle, but Null can be a bit... emotional.

@Zim's link is dead now, but it was originally to the Facebook of one Hy Mayerson, a lawyer working in Len's hometown. One of the things that Len does to really stand out from the other cows in the herd is sockpuppeting. He's a supremely dedicated sockpuppeteer, with at least two other sockpuppet accounts here on the farm and at least five on Facebook. He uses these to support his own arguments and/or drown naysayers in a storm of angry, feet-smelling comments. At first, Kiwis thought that this was just another sockpuppet account. But Len wanted to prove that he wasn't...

Len begins copy/pasting info from the lawyer's website. Another one of Len's quirks is that he feels as though information is enough to prove his point. If he posts a picture of something in response to an accusation, it's proof that his side is correct. If he copy/pastes info from his lawyer's webpage, that means he is really that lawyer's client. In almost 700 pages of content, Len still believes that this is convincing and that Kiwis are just stupid for not understanding.

TL;DR - Len insists that he is contact with a lawyer who is going to help him win his case next month AND get revenge on Colebrookedale Railroad AND the Kiwi Farms. He posts info about the lawyer to prove that Hy is real and is his lawyer. When Kiwis still are not believing him because of the holes in his story, he may have hacked* said lawyer's Facebook to sockpuppet it to support his story.

Given that Len is the type of person who will insist that it is midnight even while he stares directly into the sun because he cannot admit he is wrong, we may never know. The evidence strongly points in that direction however.

(* = Current theories are that he either legitimately hacked the lawyer's account, obtained his password some way (such as it written down somewhere), successfully guessed some super common password that Hy may have used, or used Facebook while Hy left it open on his computer. Of course, it is possible that Hy Mayerson is actually defending Len and that he is actually crazy enough to do it publicly on Facebook. But unlikely.)

EDIT - 08/11 - It should be noted that, based on the first hearing from the 10th, Hy is actually his lawyer and does believe that there is some form of conspiracy against Len and might actually be as crazy as these posts portray him as. Better Kiwis than I have argued about the implication of this, but for the purposes of this post made almost a month ago, it seems like it's possible that these crazy posts from Hy on Facebook were actually Hy.

@sugoi-chan - you're doing Cop Dog's work. I don't have much to add about the lawyer incident, though I would like to note that Mr. Mayerson mostly does lawsuits, not criminal defense. He's the kind of guy whose commercials are on during Matlock re-runs. So this makes it even less likely that Mr. Mayerson would represent Len.

Side side note regarding the Len story: Mr. Mayerson is eccentric in some of his postings, as observed by some people like @Saul Goodman, and in theory there is a slight possible chance he could be supporting Len or a lolcow in himself.

HOWEVER.

He has done nothing to warrant Internet attention beyond some small quirks. Unless he shows up to defend Len, and even if he does, harassing him is HIGHLY discouraged. Until the evidence says otherwise, he is a victim, not a cow.
