As much as I hate what's been going on with the Strikerwolf thread, it proves that when people leave these kinds of cows alone, they can still produce some very funny, not so forced content left to their own devices.

If it really is closed to the public, that's pretty much up to the judge. Any challenge to that decision would have to be by motion, with someone like media or an observer from a related case having more likelihood of actually succeeding.

I'm not sure if the video room designation means they want to SHOW video during the case, or whether it's a courtroom specifically hooked up to TAKE video.

The formal arraignment is often waived. It was in Nick Bate's case, and this is far less serious.

But what video would either side even want to show? Is there some local news human interest story out there showing Len-Len working on the Colebrookdale and miraculously not being a shitmonkey for 30 seconds, which Hy thinks will prove his client is some kind of upstanding, non-leeching pillar of the community?

Oh! Video of the trespassing. Prosecution is going to want to show that. He's on trial for simple and plain trespassing among other things. It's easy to forget that with Hy saying "Cumrobbery" in court. I forgot that too until I read the docket you linked.

I honestly am amused by just how hopeless of a case Len is fighting, when he could've just did like Chris and take the slap to the wrist. But nope, because he thinks his personal story is universal reality and he has a lawyer instead of a PD that tells him victory is possible, he's asking for a harsher sentence.

He's way dumber than Chris, for one thing. Chris realizes it is actually against the law to hit people with cars and pepper spray them for no reason.

Shaner is too dumb to even understand the idea of property lines.

Even if he did get the concept, he thinks he's so fucking special he can go wherever the hell he wants regardless of what the property owners say.
