Does he not understand he brought this all to himself. No one set him up, People don't make up "fake" police reports. I really think he is mentally ill and needs to be put in a mental hospital. He is convinced that a board/trust one day decided to write a cease and desist letter because they wanted too. There is no conspiracy man, Man up, and accept the consequences young buck.

I agree. If this guy were as flat out stupid as he appears to be he wouldn't have a drivers license or even be able to tie his shoes reliably. He is functional on a lot of levels but has so little common sense with shit like derailing the train that he seems to be a literal threat to the safety of those around him. When I watch his videos, for example, I don't get the feeling I'm watching someone who can't think correctly. Yeah he's awkward and timid but the Len I see in the videos doesn't seem like the Len that shows up here acting like he can't form words into sentences correctly. But if he's got something misfiring up in his head, then the Len we see on videos is probably just the mask, so to speak, that he covers his personality with so people don't realize he's really an obligate shit.

I'm wouldn't go so far as to declare he needs to be locked up, I'm no psychiatrist, but I do think there's enough here to warrant a psychological evaluation. I don't know what the psych diagnosis for a paranoid, angry, threat making, responsibility denying, possibly pedophilic man-child who can't hack it in the real world is. Whatever it would be, it'd actually be handy having a diagnosis since it might shed some light on what's wrong with Iconoclast as well.

Having made a few effort posts trying to explain to him exactly how he's fucking up and seeing them all be ignored makes me wonder if he's having comprehension issues. I mean, he seems to get confused by very basic things. He's convinced he's the smartest guy he knows, too, making him seem like a cartoon character. But if he isn't exactly stupid, or even if he is but he's also mentally ill, that might explain it. Maybe it's something that developed after he was a teenager so he was relatively normal then gradually became all paranoid. Maybe it was his mothers overprotection due to him being born autistic or something. We haven't dug into his childhood so there's a lot of unknowns there.

But remember that @The_Knight_Rider is not Shaner. He was hired by the family of the woman he is accused of stalking to dig up information on him. In the process, he has managed to trade sides and defend the chimp to the highest level possible. At the very least, he has a conflict of interest and should remove himself from the investigation!

And even so, let's say they decided to off the cuff write a C&D letter because they just didn't like him: they're fully within their legal bounds to do so! He thinks it's criminal conspiracy because he was asked to leave. The RR did not and still does now owe him a damn thing. He's not the first nor will he be the last VOLUNTEER asked to leave an organization. While this is not a paid position, there exists the same constituents in place with any employment agreement which he'd have to sign in order to be allowed to engage in work activities on the property. This may not be exactly the case but any professional organization volunteer or not, will have a employment structure and/or bylaws that every member must agree to.

Let this shit go and move the fuck on!...Wait a minute, I almost forgot who were dealing with here as 111 pages soon rolls into 112...

So, is Len insane or is he just really really stupid?

The guy shows many typical signs of typical "not understanding the Internet," like trying to suppress information and expect the trolls will be intimidated by nonexistent authority, but... just the sheer level of delusion and ignorance of how little power he seems to have over anything (not to even mention all of those FB accounts he has) is... quite surprising, really.

All signs point to unchecked/untreated autism (or "Ash burgers"), in my opinion. The guy's like a spergier Kengle. Kengle's parents never even bothered to tell their son about his diagnosis until his forties. By then, the damage had already been done. I'm thinking something similar's going on with our pal Lenny.

Agreed. Guy doesn't even read his own posts before sending them. Maybe then he'd notice all the squiggly lines saying he either royally fucked up spelling or used the wrong fucking word.

I know this sound optimistic but I think Shaner's writing is really doing him a disservice here and making him look dumber than he is. (Please stop laughing and read the rest). I think we all know a few (usually older) people who seem well-spoken and intelligent enough IRL but type like fifth graders and look like fucking idiots online. Shaner is a more extreme version of that. IRL he's stupid, but not as stupid as he comes across online, while he's suffering from Developmentally Delayed Typing Syndrome (couldn't think what else to call it). The end result ends up looking like a mentally retarded kindergartner wrote something and ran it through google translator a few times, when really, IRL, he's slightly more competent. Not much, but slightly.
Add on to that what I mentioned earlier, that he's possibly aware of how obvious his sockpuppets are to others and tries to change his typing style but doesn't quite get it and just mangles syntax instead. So that's how we get a person who has enough intelligence to operate a computer and multiple accounts but writes like he does. If he was more competent at typing he would be more like any other lolcow who tries and fails at sockpuppeting and related shenanigans :stupid: which in itself isn't too unusual.
He's pretty much the winning combination of dumb, incredibly egotistical, and autistic. The conspiracy stuff does sound pretty whackadoodle though. And you have a good point about his lack of comprehension reading posts. Maybe he just wants to keep denying it. maybe he sees your posts and they kind of make sense so some part of his brain shuts off.
Definitely shades of iconoclast here. Iconoclast at least used to respond to people even if it's the same shit (the liberals hate me because I tell it like it is!!) and he believed he got kicked off the newspaper for the same reason. What could possibly make Shaner think all the railroads in the area banned him for no reason? Why would they make a random conspiracy against an old man? Most lolcows have some kind of excuse, eg. others are just jealous, everybody loves playing kick the autistic, everybody hates trans latinx, and so on.
