Looking back over this, the claim was that he put something on the track and the train had to stop, and this is proof that it didn't or something? I also recall him posting about a speed limit but am unable to find his post. Either way, the way he writes makes it fucking impossible to figure out what he actually means.

I'm not digging through 400+ pages to find your own admissions to doing shit you've been told to cut out.

If Len put something on the tracks that day to get the train to slow down, that would explain both the trespassing charge and the reckless endangerment. Of course, even if he didn't do that, he was inside the property line since it's not visible in his video.

Shit all this exposure to Lenny is rubbing off on me. I double posted.

Also Lenny, I know in your diabetes-addled brain we're all going to court too, but I remind you in the US truth is an absolute defense against charges of slander and libel. Also, opinions can't be slander or libel. Since we're making claims that are confirmed by witnesses, or in some cases, court records, we're in the clear. Being mean to people on the internet isn't illegal, at least in the US.

EDIT: @BOLDYSPICY! from what I've been able to piece together, he was recording the train for one of his hate sites, and had put something on the track to make it slow down, and when it didn't, that somehow proves it was speeding. Of course, he trespassed to get to the tracks, and he was inside the property line while filming, so that's how he got those charges. I could be wrong about this, but Len is a serial liar and keeps changing his story, so it's really hard to tell.
