Anyway, to anyone new to this train ride, @Pocket_Sand! and "Curt" both live in the same area and, iirc, Sand knows Curt, at least as co-workers. It isn't unlikely that Curt got tired of Len's bullshit and asked Sand to fill him in on all the nonsense. Sand invited Curt over, loaded up the Farms, and Curt finally replied on Sand's computer. It's a stretch, but they live in the area together so it's the most likely scenario. That or Sand was Jace's protege the whole time.
