Those sites have user-generated content. Len Shaner lies about his age and graduation dates. He made those profiles. Therefore they contain lies.

Leonard F. Shaner, Jr. was born on May 2, 1957. That makes him 58 years old. Sorry to keep harping on this, but the one Shaner lie that everyone keeps falling for is the "I'm 46" one. No, Lennay. No you're not.

This is driving me mad. On Radaris, I find a Leonard A. Shaner, age 58, who was born in Portland, Ore. And he is listed as "related to" a Gloria Shaner, age ca. 84 in Pottstown, Pa. (But Lexis shows Gloria Shaner in Pottstown to have been born in 1939, which would make her around 76.)

And Leonard F. Shaner Jr. has done a superlative job of staying off the radar. Even a Lexis search finds nothing on him that indicates a DOB. Something very odd is going on here, especially when you consider that his court documents list his father's DOB instead of his own. How did he get away with that? Is he using his deceased father's expired driver's license? Do the police really think Len looks like he's 86?

And the freaking Pottstown Mercury, in a blazing display of journalistic incompetence, never lists Shaner's age in any of the articles in which he appears as a "local historian" or "professional videographer."

The Amateur Radio Relay League, in its newsletter of July 24, 1993, does not list Len's age when it notes that he being fined $2,000 by the FCC for interfering with "a 2-meter repeater." (Has this crime been discussed already? I don't remember seeing it.)

Considering the dearth of information about him and his family, I'm beginning to suspect that they may be part of an extended clan of Irish Travellers who changed their name to Shaner.

3) THE IMPORTANT ONE - Some genius thought it would be a good idea to give Null's dox to Len, bringing Null himself into the thread. Null walked in, called us all idiots, and left. Len, being the most exceptional of all individuals, shittalked Null for letting Zim post the topic. Null walked back in, called Len the king of the shitters here, replaced Len's username with his own real name, and then kneecapped his IP for good measure. Now Len is passive-aggressively assaulting us with ratings because the site loads like shit for him.

Moral of the story: Don't fuck with Null.

If I had to make a guess, Len's father was already in the Pennsylvania court database for some other reason, along with his birth date and possibly his address, and some overworked and/or lazy and/or careless court employee typed in the name and it automatically filled in the fields with his father's information. The address matched and whoever was doing it didn't pay attention to the birth date.

I submitted a FOIA request to the FCC about this and it was at first approved but then later denied because my request counted as "Harassment"

However to save from searching the whole interference of a 2 meter repeater is basically someone rigging or setting up a broadcast system and broadcasting on a specific wavelength with out a permit or call sign.
